About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Permanent Classroom Teacher to join our team.
Essential Criteria

- A commitment to Catholic education and the promotion of the mission of the Catholic Church.
- Well-developed self-awareness and the ability to reflection on your own performance, integrity, and resilience.
- The passion and expertise to work individually and collectively with students, to maximise the learning outcomes for each one, including those with additional learning needs.
- Demonstrated high-level teaching skills, particularly in Literacy and Numeracy across all key learning areas.
- An ability to engage learners in lessons and units of work that inspire curiosity and problem solving.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including the capacity to develop productive and caring relationships with students, parents and staff.
- Demonstrated capacity and willingness to develop students’ unique capabilities through extra-curricular activities.
- Appropriate qualifications and demonstrated experience in the teaching arena.

This position involves working with children. The appointment of successful applicants will be subject to satisfactory employment screening for child related employment in accordance with CE policy.
This position involves work in a NSW school. The appointment of successful applicants is subject to compliance with Public Health (COVID-19 Vaccination of Education and Care Workers) Order 2021. By 8 November 2021, individuals who are appointed to a position in a NSW school are required to have either received two doses of COVID-19 vaccine, or have obtained a medical contraindication certificate in a form approved by NSW Health. Individuals are required to present evidence of either their vaccination status or a medical contraindication certificate to their school to be able to work in a NSW school.
