Full Time 37 hours per week (subject to a 6 month probationary period)  

Working as part of The GORSE Academies Trust, The Ruth Gorse Academy is looking to recruit a Personal Assistant (PA) for September 2017 or earlier if possible.   

A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen to work alongside the new Principal of the Academy. This is a very busy role in an unashamedly ambitious academy.    

The intention of this role is to provide extensive diary management, organising and attending meetings, and acting on initiative to undertake research and compile relevant briefing papers for the Principal and the Senior Leadership team. You should be organised, efficient, personable and a team player.  

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone wanting to take their secretarial career to the next step in a dynamic organisation. Ideally you will have solid work experience from an industry, public services or education background and have an understanding of children and young people.

The Ruth Gorse Academy moved into a new £23 million premises in September 2016, with exceptional sports facilities, science laboratories and a suite for pupils who have special educational needs.
