PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO THE HEADMASTER

The Royal Hospital School is seeking a committed, efficient and highly capable Personal Assistant to provide professional support for the Headmaster. This is a key role within the School and the successful applicant will have exceptional administrative and organisational skills at senior management level. The position requires absolute confidentiality and the ability to manage multiple tasks, often with short deadlines. 

The PA to the Headmaster is responsible for acting as the first line of contact for the Headmaster and therefore will be an excellent communicator, able to use diplomacy and sensitivity at all times. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, the ability to problem solve and show initiative, and will show flexibility and adaptability. 

The role is ideally suited to someone who enjoys a fast-paced and dynamic environment and has an interest in influencing the best outcomes for the School and the pupils.
