Personal Assistant to the Headmistress

St Nicholas Preparatory School is a vibrant, mixed ability co-educational day school for pupils aged 2 years 9 months-11 years. It is set in a beautiful location overlooking Hyde Park in the centre of London.  We are seeking to appoint a friendly and efficient Personal Assistant to the Headmistress, who can provide secretarial, administration and clerical duties relating to all aspects of her role, as well as lend support when required in the school reception area.  The post holder will be required to work 8-5pm Monday to Friday during term time, and for a few days at the beginning and end of each term during school holidays. The post commences from early February, or as soon as possible thereafter.
