Contract Type: Term Time plus 2 weeks (41 weeks)

Contract Term: Permanent

Hours: 36 hours, Monday-Thursday 8:15am - 4:30pm and Friday 8:15am – 4:15pm (1 hour break) 

Salary: H5 Point 11 - £22,103

We wish to appoint a highly motivated, experienced, reliable, and dynamic Personal Assistant to the Headteacher. The successful applicant will be expected to multi-task and be able to work in a fast paced and changing environment providing full administrative support to the Headteacher.

You will have experience of working in a similar environment and working to high standards. You will be a first point of contact for anyone wishing to contact the Headteacher, and will be required to manage diaries, administer meetings, prepare papers, take minutes, create and format documents and have the ability to handle many projects, often with deadlines so being able to prioritise is essential.

Experience of working in a confidential environment is paramount to this role due to the many and varied matters dealt with on a daily basis. The successful applicant will have excellent inter-personal skills, be competent at using Microsoft Office suite of applications and be able to work under pressure whilst maintaining a calm and professional manner at all times.
