Salary: £23,390 - £25,639 (Full time equivalent)
Actual salary: £20,791 - £22,787 pa - depending on experience

If you are looking for a role which offers variety and the chance to work in an outstanding sixth form college, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator or personal assistant to play a key role supporting the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer and Human Resources department at the New Collaborative Learning Trust.
This role will be based at our Trust Headquarters at New College Pontefract, where you will provide a comprehensive, highly confidential and proactive PA, administrative and secretarial support function to the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer and other Trust Directors of the New Collaborative Learning Trust.
Your responsibilities will include diary management, arranging meetings, preparing documents, fielding calls, accessing correspondence, making travel arrangements and managing situations that arise in the absence of the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer.
For approximately two days per week, you will also provide support to the Human Resources team. This will include providing administrative support relating to the whole employee lifecycle, which includes staff recruitment, staff training and maintaining records of employee data.
The successful candidate should have previous experience of working in an administrative role, good IT skills, be highly organised and have a flexible approach to work. Accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines and an understanding of how to handle sensitive information of a confidential nature are key.
Experience of working in a college environment or Human Resources is not essential.
