West Suffolk College is one of the country’s leading further education and apprenticeship providers. Our apprenticeship results have consistently remained above the national average. We offer many degrees, HNCs and HNDs at our focused and inclusive University Studies Centre. We have around 13,000 students including nearly 2,000 apprentices studying with us.

We are looking to appoint a supportive and dedicated Personal Progress Tutor to join our department, working as a member of the cross-college team to deliver effective tutorial entitlement, learner support and guidance, and targeted intervention activities with challenging students. 

This rewarding role would be suited to somebody with the ability to engage and relate to learners, and a genuine passion to support them in their progress.  The successful applicant will have previous experience of providing support to learners in a similar capacity, and will have a sound understanding of tutoring.
