Woodthorpe Primary School is looking to appoint an inspirational teacher with a proven track record of outstanding practice in the role of Upper Key Stage 2 phase leader.

The successful applicant will be an outstanding classroom teacher with a commitment to continual improvement of themselves and the school.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to take their first steps in middle leadership. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work alongside other middle leaders and develop within a supportive environment.

You will:

·      Empower our children with knowledge, ambition and self-belief

·      Inspire children to reach the highest standards

·      Have a personal determination for all children to achieve their very best

·      Contribute to strategic decision making to help shape the school’s vision

·      Lead staff by setting standards through personal practice

·      Have experience of leading a core subject in your current role.
