We are looking for a passionate, talented and rigorous practitioner to join our dedicated team in leading a new school on its journey to becoming an established, outstanding and oversubscribed community school.

The successful candidate will have the exciting and unique opportunity to shape a KS3, KS4 and KS5 curriculum which is bespoke, challenging and fit for the needs of 21st century life. As the School develops there may be opportunities for the successful candidate to have responsibility for a leadership area.

Hoe Valley School is a small, four-form entry secondary school that opened in September 2015 to serve the local community of South Woking. The School follows the national curriculum and offers an extended day and allowing time for additional Maths, English, Enrichment and project based learning.

The School is located in the green space of Woking Park, a ten-minute walk from Woking Town Centre and mainline station and will be moving a short distance in 2018 to a state of the art new-build facility.
