Job overview

We are seeking a well qualified, passionate, and inspiring Physics Teacher who is looking to transform the future of Education.

Join us as we build the Education System for the 22nd Century.

What is Crimson Global Academy?

Crimson Global Academy is a registered private online high school headquartered in New Zealand that allows students to learn without limits. We place no upper limit on the number of subjects a student can sit, no minimum age requirement for capable students to join accelerated classes and no restrictions on where our students can study from, and where our teachers can teach from.

Our distinguished teachers have an average of 20+ years of experience and in our small, seminar-style classes, combined with our thoughtfully crafted extracurricular program, we work to ensure students’ academic, emotional, and social development needs are fully cared for.

As a truly borderless school, we provide academic solutions for students of all learning needs including those who have significant out of school athletic and arts commitments who desire flexible timetables without wanting to compromise on their teaching quality.

Since we launched just under two months ago Crimson Global Academy has grown from strength to strength. We now have 70 students enrolled and are welcoming expressions of interest for our September and February start dates.

Role

We are seeking a specialist part-time Physics teacher with the ability to teach up to A-Level standard. Applicants must hold a certified teaching qualification and have a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience.  You will also possess a genuine passion for your subjects that will shine through, and an aspiration to transform the future of education.

As a truly borderless school, we offer our teachers the same flexibility that is offered to our students.

Full training will be provided.

Our school is built for engagement and challenges students with the International GCSE and A-Levels: a rigorous, reputable and internationally recognised curriculum.

Our qualified teachers have an average of 20+ years of experience and deliver live online classes in real-time. Students learn at a time and pace that suits them, regardless of age, location, or commitments.

OUR SCHOOL

CGA’s curriculum is based upon the British School Curriculum, involving International GCSE and International A-Level exams, awarded by the UK's largest awarding organisation - Pearson Edexcel. This curriculum is followed by the most prestigious Secondary Schools across the world, including: Eton College, Harrow School, Brighton College and more.

Through our flexible class scheduleling, one-to-one support, latest technology and a wide variety of examination and testing options, students will embark on an educational journey which fully caters to their individual needs and drives them to achieve their full potential.

Students have access to study spaces, meeting rooms, science laboratories, social activities (such as theatre, dance, and sports) and examination centres. This is provided through a combination of Crimson Education owned facilities and partnerships with schools and institutions around New Zealand and the world.
