Job overview

The Aurora Group is an innovative provider of education and care for children, young people and adults with special educational needs and disabilities. Established in 2015, we set out to create outstanding services across the country and have invested significantly to achieve this.  Aurora offers an exciting career opportunity to enthusiastic and committed people wanting to play a part in our rapidly developing company.

We are currently looking for a Physiotherapist to join Orchard Manor.

Orchard Manor provides education, care and therapeutic support for young people with severe and profound communication difficulties associated with conditions like cerebral palsy, autism, brain injury and degenerative disorders. They may have complex health and sensory needs and associated difficulties that require specialist support to enable them to access a bespoke curriculum.  It is one of the few transition service for young adults in the country that offers this level of highly specialist support.

We have one aim; to empower children and young people to develop and grow in their own unique and inspiring way.

The site is currently undergoing significant redevelopment that will provide contemporary living and learning environments for young people with complex needs.  Located in 16-acres of grounds in the village of Meldreth, our school provides a wonderful working environment, supportive and friendly teams and training – all of which offers a fantastic and rewarding career opportunity for those wanting to make a real difference to others.

Our passionate and committed team are looking for like-minded people to join them.  If you’re someone who believes in giving children and young people with disabilities the best opportunities to succeed in life, we’d like to hear from you.
