We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, suitably qualified Duty Manager for our 4-lane, 25m swimming pool and fitness centre, to support in the effective operation of the facilities. The successful candidate will focus on ensuring the pool is appropriately maintained, staffed and managed for the benefit of the School and external users. Duties will include compliance, health and safety, water chemistry, staff supervision and first aid/rescues.

You will need to be adaptable and flexible, as some weekend and bank holiday working will be required, as well as some early starts or late finishes.
