Part of the challenge in ensuring that students are successful at Woodfield School, is managing challenging behaviour.

 To ensure this continues to be done effectively, we are looking to employ a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Lead who will:

·        ensure that a proactive approach to managing challenging behaviour is consistent across the school.

·        provide a functional analysis of specific behaviours.

·        coordinate and deliver Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) training for all staff.

·        ensure that the school’s behaviour policies and processes are compliant with current legislation, and the principles of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)

·        work closely with class teams to develop systems and processes for analysing and monitoring behaviour

We expect the applicants for this role will have a minimum undergraduate degree in a behaviour related field, with a master's degree in Behaviour Analysis.
