Are you passionate about making a difference to the lives of children and young adults with autism? The Integrated Services Team is looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual with a passion for promoting wellbeing, increasing the quality of life for pupils and reducing the use of restrictive practice.

TreeHouse School is an Ofsted 'Outstanding' non-maintained special school, providing support and education to over 90 pupils aged 3-19. Our goal for all our pupils and learners is to ensure that when they leave our setting's they will have the opportunity to access employment, further education or training and to live as part of the communities of their choice.

Your role as Positive Behaviour Support Coach:

  • Train, motivate and practically support staff teams to be confident and skilled in delivering Universal/ Tier 1 behaviour support
  • Further develop practice that delivers low sensory environments
  • Further develop practice that supports increased levels of autonomy for pupils
  • Mentor and motivate staff to be attuned with / develop strong relationships with pupils
  • Introduce and embed emotion coaching across the setting
  • Introduce the use of person-centred assessment and intervention to promote the happiness of pupils.

- Ambitious College is a specialist day college for autistic young people aged 16 to 25. The college has two campuses situated in partnership with mainstream colleges in north and west London.

- Spring School is a special school dedicated to educating autistic pupils aged four to 19. It was opened in 2023 by the Ambitious about Autism Schools Trust and is based in Kingston, south west London.

- St. John’s College is a specialist college based in Brighton supporting young people aged 16-25. The college became part of Ambitious about Autism in 2023.
