40 weeks per year (Term time + 5 training days + 5 days during the summer break)

36 hours per week, 4 days   8.30am – 4.15pm, 1 day  8.30pm – 4.00pm

Grade G, points 8-12 (Actual salary £17,490 - £18,933)

We are seeking to recruit an organised and proactive individual for the role of Post 16 Student Support Assistant. The successful applicant will be an experienced administrator with excellent organisational skills and working knowledge of Microsoft office packages.  The post holder will be supporting our 6th formers during one of the most exciting times in their education careers and will be joining a very dedicated, creative and friendly post 16 team.  A full job description and person specification can be found in our application pack below.

The Ferrers School is a mainstream secondary academy for children aged 11-18. It is situated in Higham Ferrers, Northamptonshire, and there are just under 1,000 pupils on its roll.
