PPA Cover Teacher - Supply Primary

East- Cambridgeshire

£115 - £150 per day

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are Qualified Teacher Status.

Contract dates

Starting now and ongoing

Vision for Education  are looking to recruit an engaging and creative Primary Teacher to join our team of supply teachers, covering a number of friendly schools in Cambridge and surrounding villages. This is a fantastic opportunity for either an experienced or newly qualified Primary Teacher to work flexibly and to continue to build on experience.

Are you looking for more flexibility, have you recently moved to the area, or are you returning to teaching from a break? If so, supply is a great way of returning to the classroom without the immediate pressures of a permanent role! The roles we offer are wide ranging; anything from day-to-day supply, to one term job shares to PPA cover roles.

Working across the primary age range, the successful Primary Teacher will be required to teach in any age range they feel comfortable teaching in - we will not make you teach Year groups you don't want to! You can expect to work as much or as little as you want to - from 1 - 5 days per week.

The schools

We work with a wide range of primary schools, from larger town-based schools to small village schools. It is a great way of seeing the schools in your local area and can be a way of deciding where you might want to get a permanent job. The supply can also lead to permanent jobs too!

Requirements

To be considered for the Primary Teacher, you will:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

Will have recent experience teaching in primary schools (must be in the last 5 years)

Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of teachers.

Have a passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons.

Vision for Education is committed to safeguarding children, young people and vulnerable adults. We take our responsibilities extremely seriously. All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.
