Situated in 34 acres of beautiful grounds on the edge of the Kentish village of Hawkhurst, Marlborough House is a Prep school for boys and girls aged 2½ to 13 years, with over 300 pupils. The role
We are seeking a calm and patient Learning Support Assistant who can deliver high quality support to pupils in EYFS and Years 1 and 2. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Pre-Prep and class teachers to assist SEND pupils to achieve their potential.
The ability to motivate and encourage pupils is a vital quality for this post, as are initiative and adaptability. The ability to work well with children and to be able to form good relationships with colleagues and parents alike is essential.
