Contract: Full Time, Fixed term until July 2023. 

Hours:  35.83 hours (35 hours, 50 mins per week) Term time plus one week

Salary: Pathway 1 Point 1-3  £16,725.96- £17,183.37 (FTE- £20,258 - £20,812)   

Site: Gladstone Academy Preschool

 The Role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a new Preschool Practitioner at Gladstone Academy Preschool. You will work as a key person and as part of Gladstone Park Preschool under the direction of the Preschool Manager. You will provide safe, high quality education and care for young children which meets the individual needs of the children attending the setting.

The successful candidate will provide a high level of care that will enhance the children’s general health and well-being.

The Person

You will:

• Have knowledge of EYFS Curriculum

• Have knowledge and understanding of child care development

• Promote a positive and inclusive Nursery for children and their families.

• Be able to establish a purposeful, caring and nurturing environment where all children feel secure and confident.

• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask to ensure all children's needs are met.
