We are looking for an experienced administrator and manager with a keen interest in premises management and improvement projects.  This is a rewarding role and an opportunity to make a significant contribution to the smooth running and development of our school.  The role includes overseeing small and medium-sized premises projects and working with the Business Manager on major improvements.  In addition, the postholder will co-ordinate the work of the school’s premises team and a variety of contractors, ensuring the best possible school environment and facilities. The postholder will also work with the Business Manager to ensure the school complies with all premises-related Health and Safety requirements and ‘lives’ its policy.

The successful applicant will be an effective communicator who will relish supporting, planning and managing premises projects.  They will possess the experience and ability to manage the site team and contractors and will gain satisfaction from providing first class customer service and the best possible school environment. Flexibility, efficiency and a meticulous approach, along with strong administrative and IT skills are also needed, so that you can thrive in this fascinating and varied role.
