We now have an exciting opportunity for a Premises Assistant to join the existing Estates Team. The Premises Assistant will be based at Bournville School and is required to provide efficient and effective support to the academy. The post holder will ensure that the security and general appearance of the buildings and surrounding areas are maintained in accordance with the required standards. They will also be required to assist with evening and weekend events, as required.  

The Premises Assistant will need to comply at all times with the requirements of Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and academy’s Health & Safety policy statement. 

We are therefore looking for a responsible and committed member of staff who is enthusiastic, self-motivated and flexible, with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Applicants will need to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to multi task.
