We are seeking to appoint a Premises Manager to lead a small team and be responsible for the maintenance and management of the School’s buildings, grounds and sporting facilities across the school, overseeing external contractors and programming and planning of larger capital projects within the School. This will involve managing school premises issues as they arise, developing a premises and maintenance plan, and addressing all aspects of the Asset Management Plan to ensure that the premises are fit for purpose and meet the requirements of health and safety legislation and the curriculum.

You will be responsible for managing and developing the premises maintenance, grounds and cleaning team to ensure safe, smooth and efficient school operations. The teams work closely together to ensure the full provision of all maintenance, grounds management, repairs, health and safety, fire risk management and the welfare of all staff, pupils and visitors on site ensuring the smooth operational function of the school estate.

• Take great pride in the work for which they are responsible 

• Have project management experience.
