Job overview
Due to the continued growth of our new school, we are seeking to appoint an outstanding Premises Manager who would have overall responsibility for leading and developing the site team to ensure high standards of operational effectiveness and to help deliver the aims and ethos of our rapidly growing school. The school is based at a brand new, state-of-the-art building in North Horsham.
As a new school we have a small team and the successful candidate will have a positive outlook, a flexible attitude, be willing to adapt to different situations throughout the school day and possess the ability to use their own initiative and support the school’s day to day processes. We are looking for a Premises Manager who shows commitment to working as part of a team and takes pride in their work and our school. Working hours to be coordinated with the rest of the site team but will include some shift patterns so some flexibility is required.

Please note the expected hours are negotiable and may change during school holidays to meet the school’s needs. Flexibility needs to be shown to work some evenings to cover lettings and locking up or to attend school out of hours in an emergency.

About Bohunt Horsham
We are a new free school, in our fifth year since opening with students in Years 7-11 in our brand new building in Horsham, West Sussex. Over the next few years we will grow to become an all-through school for 1620 students aged 4-16, with a nursery facility. We are part of the supportive and innovative Bohunt Education Trust, a MAT with eight schools including two Sixth Forms and a boarding facility.
