Premises Manager  

Salary range – Scale 6 £26,601 – £28,158 

All Year Round – 35 hours per week  

We are looking for a reliable and conscientious Premises Manager, to join our school team. The responsibilities of the post include the general upkeep of the school premises, ensuring the provision of a safe, secure, clean and warm environment for all site users and visitors. Experience is preferred but full training is offered to the right candidate.  

The ideal candidate will be : 

 • Willing to take on health and safety responsibilities for the school. 

• Organised with good written and computer skills. 

• A practical person who is able to carry out minor repairs and maintenance work. 

• An excellent communicator. 

• Enthusiastic and flexible.  

• Able to use own initiative and prioritise workload effectively.
