The College wishes to appoint a Premises Manager. This is an all year round post, full or part time hours will be considered.
The successful candidate will report to the Director of Finance and will be required to lead the operational management of the College premises, including building maintenance, mechanical services and line management of the Premises and Cleaning Teams. They will be the Health and Safety Officer for the College and will be required to develop systems to maintain the welfare of site users and minimise risk as well as ensuring the College is a safe, comfortable and productive working environment.
Applicants must be educated to level 3 with high literacy and numeracy skills and hold a Health and Safety qualification such as NEBOSH / IOSH. They must have previous experience of effectively managing a team of staff and advising senior managers on the effective provision of Estates services. Must also have experience within a college / educational environment.
