PREMISES MANAGER (Ref: P121/0922)
Grade: NJC Scale SO2, SCP 26-28;
Salary: £30,984 - £32,798
The Facilities Manager would be responsible for all aspects of the College facilities management to ensure the safety, security and cleanliness of the College buildings and grounds at all times. You will also ensure that the site is adequately maintained, and contribute to NCW’s plans regarding premises management, including the 10-year site development strategy.

This post is conditional on two satisfactory and verified references, medical clearance, an enhanced DBS Clearance and Registration and a six-month probationary period.
