Full Time Premises Officer

Salary Grade 7 (£19,299 – £20,544) with significant potential for overtime working

The Academy requires an enthusiastic, flexible and suitably experienced person to join our Premises team. Duties will include site security (opening and closing the School), site maintenance and cleaning. The successful candidate will assist the Site Manager, other Premises and cleaning staff who make up the Premises team, in ensuring the provision of a safe and pleasant working environment for all pupils, staff and other users of our site and grounds.

You will ideally have experience of working in a similar role in a school setting.
 Experience in a building related trade would be a distinct advantage. The ability to demonstrate good practical and organisational skills, a positive work ethic and a commitment to health and safety matters will be required.
