Premises Officer

36 hours per week (Mon-Friday Split Shifts)
52 weeks 

The Governors of this popular, happy and successful Catholic school wish to appoint an enthusiastic and organised Premises Officer to join our excellent team. 

To be considered for this position you must be self-motivated, versatile and able to work well under pressure, with excellent communication skills. Working with initiative and commitment you will ensure the high quality maintenance, security and cleanliness of the school buildings and grounds.  

Our new Premises Officer will need to be suitably skilled and experienced to identify and address any issues relating to security, Health and Safety and property/ground maintenance. They will have a good standard of education and possess a range of building maintenance, management, DIY, decorating and general caretaking related skills.  

In return, we offer a varied, interesting and rewarding position with training and development. A willingness to support the ethos of a Catholic school is essential.
