About the role

To be responsible for all aspects of Site Management including a wide range of duties and responsibilities connected with the fabric and grounds of the Academy. This includes Security, Cleaning, monitoring Contracts and Contractors, Planned Maintenance (PPM) and minor repairs and refurbishments. You will advise the Academy Principal and Core Facilities & Estates teams on suggested improvements to the Academy environment and enhancing the productivity and efficiency of Site Management by balancing both risk levels and budgets.

This is a Permanent post, 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.

Who we are looking for

Good numeracy, literacy and written and verbal communication skills

A willingness to undertake training, both self-nominated and prescribed by the Trust

Ability to perform the physical tasks required by the role including lifting, carrying and pushing various equipment 

Good, competent IT skills including the use of E-Mail, Microsoft/Google document suits and web based Asset Management systems.

Good planning and negotiating skills

Ability to gather information, analyse data and problem solve without direction

Ability to prioritise and manage workflow whilst maintaining a flexible approach to respond to urgent requests
