Job overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Graduate Resident Assistants to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of our Day and Boarding Houses from 2025-2026 academic year. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates with a passion for sports and education, who are looking to gain hands-on experience in a school setting while working closely with students and staff.

The main duties will involve assisting Housemasters/Mistresses with the daily running of Day and Boarding Houses and supporting the Games and PE Departments by assisting with curriculum and co-curricular Physical Education, Swimming, and Games lessons. There will be opportunities to coach and supervise School Teams, particularly in Rugby, Hockey, Netball, Cricket and Tennis - as well as the need to help in other subjects such as learning support, Maths, DT and Art.

This is a term-time only role with onsite accommodation provided.
