Thornton College is a highly successful school situated in 25 acres of beautiful parkland, just outside Milton Keynes on the Northants/Bucks border. The school has grown from strength to strength over the past decade and the demand for places is high. Numerous major developments have recently taken place including an award winning Science and Prep Classroom building, Expressive Arts Studio and Pre-Prep Department. A brand new Sixth Form opened in September 2016.
We would like to appoint a Prep School Teacher able to teach KS1 and/or KS2 from September 2017.
We are looking for an inspirational teacher who possesses a style of teaching that sparks creativity amongst pupils and develops a love of learning. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate the ability to truly get the best from their pupils by adhering to the highest of standards and expectations at all times. We want to appoint an exceptional teacher who will ensure that the children receive an outstanding education full of opportunity and excitement.
