Start Date: September 2017 (earlier start negotiable)
Are you on your way to headship? What’s your ETA
The Haberdashers’ Aske’s Federation is now recruiting for the next cohort of its Executive Talent Acceleration (ETA) Programme (L3 – L7)
An opportunity for a Primary specialist based at Haberdashers’ Aske’s Crayford Academy Temple Grove has arisen.
Our new ETA programme is entering its third year after a very successful first cohort. The programme provides intensive support and coaching for colleagues who think they have the capability to be accelerated to headship. You will join the leadership team and take on the role of Primary Deputy Head. Through the programme you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership and management skills and capabilities through structured professional development activities including supervision by the Principal, coaching from the CEO of the Federation, a series of professional seminars, project management training and an immersion experience at one of our other schools. Although this post is for a primary specialist, as our schools are all-through you will have the opportunity to work across phase.
