The College is currently seeking applicants to fulfil the following position:


Primary Generalist Teacher - 12 month contract

The position is to commence Term 1, 2022/


Graduate and experienced teachers are welcome and encouraged to apply.

About Shepparton Christian College

Shepparton Christian College is an inter-denominational, co-educational, prep to Year 12 educational facility located on 22 acres of landscaped grounds in the northern Victorian city of Shepparton, 180 kilometres north of Melbourne. The college commenced operation in 1997 with 24 students and today has a student enrolment in excess of 200.

Shepparton Christian College has created an impressive facilities profile across the school’s 22 acres. Major features include tennis courts, a sports stadium, two grassy playgrounds, a sports oval, music tutorial rooms, specialist home economics facilities and a well-resourced library. All classrooms are modern and equipped with up to date technology resources.

Curriculum

The college curriculum is designed to meet the requirements of the Australian Curriculum, with a biblical worldview integrated into the teaching and learning programs, which are focused on helping the students grow with strong academic, practical, social and spiritual knowledge. The school’s VCE program is tailored to meet the needs of students looking towards tertiary study whilst VCAL programs offer options for those students with practical skills who are looking towards employment, traineeships or TAFE.

Co-curricula programs throughout the college are strong with sport and music being the most prominent.
