Overview of Role

Fulbourn Primary school is a thriving village school just outside Cambridge with excellent community support and engagement. We have recently completed purpose-built premises and outstanding facilities; the school offers a wonderful environment in which to work and learn.

Having successfully trailblazed the concept of a co-headship and after many successful years of partnership, one of our heads has decided it is time to move on. As a result, we are offering the opportunity for someone to join our successful school in a part-time headteacher position.

We are searching for a collaborative and ambitious person to work with our existing head and share in the adventure of leading our school, and share in our educational values of Courage, Curiosity, Compassion and Creativity.
