About the school.
International School Ikast-Brande is located in the Heart of Denmark. It has around 190 students on roll spread over the Primary and Secondary sections. Our students are highly motivated and extremely positive about our school. We teach the IGCSE curriculum provided by Cambridge International Examinations. The school moved into a new custom-built building in August 2013. The school is committed to providing high quality international education to families moving to Denmark and students from the surrounding area seeking a more international education for their children. The parents are actively involved in the learning of their children. Our students come from many different countries and nationalities providing a rich and diverse school environment. We encourage our students to find the balance between academic success and a well-rounded and balanced lifestyle. We instil in our students from a very early age the principles of right and wrong allowing them to make good decisions. This in turn has created a positive environment where very few disciplinary issues arise. Both staff and students look forward to coming into school and working together.
