Founded in 2006, the Newton Group is the largest network of schools in Qatar. Our international schools deliver the British National Curriculum across all age groups. We are staffed by British and English speaking teachers who provide a caring educational environment for our local and expatriate students who come from a wide range of backgrounds.
The Newton Group is seeking enthusiastic, creative and dynamic Primary Senior Managers for various leadership roles within the Primary setting. The successful candidates will be outstanding leaders and teachers who will play a full and active role in leading the school. They will be experienced in leading academics and pastoral care with an interest in enhancing the curriculum. A key aspect of the role will be to monitor the quality of provision across the school and take a pro-active approach to developing teachers' pedagogy and practice.
You will:
- have a track record of outstanding teaching practice
- have the knowledge and some experience in raising achievement
- have a flair for innovation in learning and teaching
- be energetic and enthusiastic
- be a skillful administrator, manager, and communicator
- have a commitment to improvement
You will be required to assume this role of responsibility in August 2018.
