Opportunity for an inspirational leader to use their change and improvement leadership expertise to improve the education of children across the country.

United Learning is a national group of schools that uniquely comprises schools in both the state and the independent sectors. Our mission is to bring out 'the best in everyone' – students, staff, parents and the wider community.

In this key role, you'll work with our schools to support their development, implementation and evaluation of their strategic plans. You will also encourage improved collaboration across your region; develop a network for shared practice; and identify collective needs for training and improvement.

Your successful record of leading significant change and improvement will be key, as will your vision and ambition. Experience of a specialism will be looked on favourably. Candidates will be considered from any locality, however travel will be required. Part-time, full-time and term time working hours will be considered.
