An opportunity has arisen for an administrator to join the support staff function at Lambourn. We are looking for a confident yet personable team player with initiative who can be the face of the school office and deal with parents, professionals, visitors and telephone enquiries in a professional manner.

This is a varied role which also covers administrative tasks such as recording pupil data on the school information management system, organising trips, clubs, staff training, overseeing the administration of first aid etc as well as stock control and re-ordering of school supplies.

Ideally you will be familiar with Microsoft Office 365 and Bromcom and have a good level of written and spoken English, as well as be prepared to challenge existing ways of doing things to bring about change and ongoing efficiencies within the office environment.

Training and support will be provided – this is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to progress into a core support staff function that may lead to wider opportunities within both Lambourn and Trust wide.

Lambourn is a large village set in rolling hills with easy accessibility to Swindon (12 miles), Marlborough (13 miles), Wantage (9 miles) and Newbury (13 miles). We are very proud of our facilities - we have huge grounds, a minibus, a swimming pool and good ICT.

Visits to the school are welcomed - please contact the school office on finance@lambourn.excalibur.org.uk to organise.
