La Grande Boissière (LGB) campus is centrally located in Geneva and blends a charming mix of old and new buildings, including the ultra-modern Centre des arts and brand-new STEM Centre. The bilingual (French and English) campus is home to close to 1,900 students across the Primary, Middle, and Secondary Schools. Welcoming 500 students between the ages of 3 and 9 years, the Primary School provides the ideal environment, care, and guidance for young students to embark upon a successful school experience.

Ecolint is now seeking a Primary School Principal for La Grande Boissière campus. The Primary School is complex and requires a strong and experienced people manager and an inspirational and innovative educational leader, who is passionate about student learning. The Primary School Principal will manage the operations of the Primary School and will guide it in maintaining and developing a strong intellectual, physical, social, and emotional foundation for students.

This is a rare opportunity for an impactful, inclusive, and internationally minded individual to lead the Primary School through the next exciting stages of its development. The successful candidate will be bilingual English/French and will need to demonstrate a proven and successful leadership track record gained within international education, a clear commitment to the ethos and values of Ecolint, strong commercial acumen, and first-class communication skills. In addition, they will have a deep and natural connection to students and exceptional collaboration skills, enabling them to take a prominent role in both the LGB and wider Ecolint communities.

L'Ecole Internationale de Genève recherche, pour son campus de La Grande Boissière, un directeur ou une directrice* pour l’Ecole primaire. Celle-ci est une structure complexe qui nécessite un directeur au bénéfice d’une solide expérience, un responsable pédagogique inspirant et innovant, passionné par l'apprentissage des élèves. Le directeur de l'Ecole primaire gèrera le fonctionnement de celle-ci et veillera au maintien et au développement d'une solide base intellectuelle, physique, sociale et émotionnelle pour les élèves.

Il s'agit d'une opportunité rare pour une personne influente, inclusive et tournée vers l'international de diriger l'Ecole primaire dans les prochaines étapes passionnantes de son développement. Le candidat retenu sera bilingue anglais/français et devra faire preuve d'une expérience de dirigeant avérée et réussie dans le domaine de l'éducation internationale, d'un engagement clair envers l'éthique et les valeurs de l'Ecolint, d'un sens aigu des affaires et de compétences de communication de premier ordre. En outre, il aura un lien aussi naturel que sincère avec les élèves et une grande aptitude en matière de collaboration, ce qui lui permettra de jouer un rôle clé au sein de la communauté de La Grande Boissière et de l'Ecolint au sens large.
