The School

We are L’Ecole Internationale Franco- Anglaise, an independent, international, co-educational, bilingual school. We are looking for fluent English speaking Primary teachers to join us for August 2018.

Our method of bilingual learning is seen to enhance cognitive dexterity and thus forms an ideal preparation for higher education.

The Opportunity

We are looking to fill the role of an Anglophone teacher so you will be have two classes per day, a morning class and an afternoon class that will alternate between you and your francophone counterpart. The benefits are many: class sizes are small, the working environment is superb and the school is a fee-paying independent school so the parents are helpful and motivated.

Essential Requirements:

A valid, current right to work in the UK with more than 2 years duration is required such as an EU passport, UK indefinite Leave to Remain or Ancestry visa. Work visas cannot be sponsored by the school.

Teachers must be fully qualified with a PGCE, BEd or equivalent to teach in a stage school system for Primary and Secondary Teacher

Hold a current DBS (Enhanced) / or equivalent if from outside the UK

Desirable:

The role is to teach in English but the ability to speak French would be highly advantageous for the wider school community.
