The Post: Primary Teacher

We are seeking to appoint an inspiring and innovative person for our new King’s School in Frankfurt, Germany.

The school is located in northern Frankfurt in the residential town of Friedrichsdorf, approximately 20 kilometers from the city centre and is designed to hold approximately 500 pupils and will eventually cater for children from the age of 3 years old (Nursery), through to 18 years old (Year 13).  At the moment, the school offers places to children between the ages of 3 (Nursery) and 10 years old (Year 5).  As these pupils progress through their academic journey, the school will expand to cater for pupils up to 18 years old.

At King’s College our pupils study in the English curriculum, which is renowned globally as being the gold star of educational systems. Pupils learn through hands-on practical experiences, that aim to enrich the whole child’s growth. A British education gives our alumni the best opportunities to work in challenging and interesting careers all over the world. We believe that the fundamental values that they learn while at King’s College will also help them to have happy and fulfilling family lives.

In the first year the school will operate as an Infant and Primary school.

The school will open with pupils age 3 (Nursery) to age 10 (Year 5). As the school grows it will eventually educate pupils from Nursery to Year 13 (age 18).

The curriculum of the new school will be based on the English National Curriculum and will allow pupils to study a wide range of subjects. These studies will culminate in students undertaking IGCSE, and A Level examinations, which will prepare them to be able to enter the best universities in the world.

The EYFS Teacher will assist all pupils to develop emotional security, self-belief and mature social skills, assist all children to develop a love of learning and an excitement about coming to school each day and recognise the unique child and plan for their development using both the indoor and out-door curriculum

We offer a highly attractive remuneration package including relocation services, healthcare cover and provide opportunities for professional development within the group.

The closing date for completed application form is 19/04/2018
