Theddlethorpe Academy is a 4-11 Primary Academy, where student numbers continue to rise with a 20% increase since joining the Lincolnshire Gateway Academies Trust. Teachers at Theddlethorpe enjoy a well-disciplined teaching environment where their future career progression is always encouraged and supported. As part of an ever growing Trust, each individual Academy provides an integral part of an organisation driving to achieve excellence for education, across every site and for each of the communities they represent. Development opportunities
Theddlethorpe Academy prides itself in providing career progression opportunities for staff of all levels and experience. A number of pastoral and curriculum management roles are currently held by former NQTs, who began their teaching careers at the academy. CPD is an integral part of our Vision, with regular training opportunities for all staff.
Our facilities
Staff benefit from a computer work room equipped with modern pc work stations and a recently refurbished staff room. Investing in new facilities and resources is at the forefront of the academy's priorities and as part of this commitment a new Playing field has recently been added to the existing site. Two new classrooms are also in development through a £130,000 investment.
