Salary: NC Teacher salary scale, based on full years of teaching experience.

Southeast Elementary is in Wake County, North Carolina. The school is situated in the Tri-city region of Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill. Also known as the ‘Triangle area’ it was recently ranked as the No2 place in the country to live by the U.S. News and World Report. The robust support programs for current and future educators, outstanding school facilities and flexible school calendars are just a few of the many reasons to work in the Wake County Public School System. 

Southeast Elementary endeavors to create pathways for the surrounding community to build a better future through education and support students to become leaders, excel academically and reach their potential. The school site opened in 2019 and includes a gymnasium, rooftop garden and an outdoor swimming pool.

We are looking for an enthusiastic primary trained teacher interested in becoming a cultural ambassador to help us inspire, educate and prepare our students for life in the 21st Century.

Minimum requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of full-time teaching experience in Primary Education.
• Hold a teacher training degree for Primary Education. 
• Must be currently teaching full-time
• Hold a valid driver's license
