As we fast approach our busiest time of the year for staff absence and supply cover, we are urgently looking for teachers with recent teaching experience across the primary age range – EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2 – for regular day-to-day cover and ‘block bookings’ of up to 4 weeks of full-time work.
We are particularly keen to hear from Teachers of all experiences, including NQTs, who can commit to full-time work – even if not based at one school.
While we are confident of finding work ‘most’ days you are free in this term, full-time availability at this stage of the year will provide an excellent chance of securing regular full-time work.
Depending on the role, there may be a small amount of planning, however, for day-to-day cover, work is generally set.
We are looking for Teachers who are confident they can be the supply teacher they wish they had so if you’re hard working, professional and a team player with excellent interpersonal skills we’d be keen to speak to you.
While we are open to hearing from Teachers who already with other agencies, being your sole agency would help increase the chances of us finding regular work at this time of year as it gives us the flexibility to ensure we are offering you any full-time block bookings but also allows us to confirm bookings back to Schools more efficiently therefore minimizing any possibility of the School looking at other teachers.
While driving isn’t essential, the flexibility it allows will also help maximize the chances of regular, full-time work.
If you are keen to secure full-time work as a supply teacher, then please read on.
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expect all staff to share this commitment. All staff must hold an enhanced DBS disclosure which must also be registered to the Update Service (or be prepared to allow us to process one for you), need to provide professional or academic references and attend a face to face interview. A prohibition from teaching check will be completed for all applicants.
