Smart Teachers welcomes overseas trained teachers to consider an exciting opportunity to relocate to the UK and take up a Year 5 position at an 'Outstanding' primary school located in Barnet. The school is looking for an experienced Year 5 Teacher to join their team starting September 2019 and this is a permanent role. They are looking for a Year 5 Teacher with a good knowledge of the UK curriculum, or equivalent.  With access to an all weathers games area and swimming pool, the school actively encourages their students to partake in extracurricular activities, especially sports. This is a great opportunity to join an incredibly well resourced school with a fantastic reputation in the area.

In order to be considered for this role, the Year 5 Teacher will need to meet the following criteria:

• Bachelor of Education / Post Graduate Diploma of Education / or equivalent teaching degree with current teacher registration

• Proven experience teaching the UK curriculum, or equivalent

• Graduate Teachers and/or OS-trained teachers are welcome to apply

• Have strong communication, literacy and numeracy skills

• Eligible to work in the UK (must have valid visa)

• Recent classroom-based references and valid DBS/police checks
