The British International School Bratislava is looking for exceptional classroom teachers to join our Primary Key Stage 2 Team (Year 6). We’re looking for the right blend of energy and experience, and a passion for teaching that embraces change and innovation.

As a qualified teacher you will be a fluent English speaker, familiar with the UK curriculum , and confident working with students from diverse cultural and language backgrounds. You will be comfortable teaching students of all abilities across the complete Primary age range. You will be an excellent communicator and confident with technology: someone who gets on well with colleagues, students and parents. Amongst other things, you’ll be well organised, have a good sense of humour and will want to participate fully in the extra-curricular aspects of school life as well as the classroom.

About The British International School, Bratislava

The British International School Bratislava is a mixed, non-selective, non-denominational all-through independent school with sixth form in Slovakia, serving students from the age of 2-18. The all-through school is situated in Bratislava. 

The British International School Bratislava opened in 1997 and welcomes students from over 42 nationalities every year. Students follow an international curriculum, studying towards IGCSE exams and later an International Baccalaureate Diploma. Facilities include a dance studio, gym, a theatre, science laboratories, outdoor play areas and sports courts. Pupils are taught in English and offered Slovak language lessons.
