Worsley College have an opportunity for a Team Leader to deliver our Prince’s Trust Programme. We are looking for somebody who is dynamic and self-motivated with a positive, proactive ‘can do’ approach to plan and deliver the Prince’s Trust 12 week Team programme. As the Prince’s Trust Team Leader, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing advice and guidance as well as taking an active role with recruitment activities. Delivering high quality learning and assessment to ensure students achieve their qualifications, you must also be able to plan, lead and deliver on team residential weeks. You will prepare effective materials for learners to enable them to meet their goals and targets whilst ensuring that all assessment and verification records are accurate, legible and completed in a timely manner.  The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate knowledge of provisions available to local young people coupled with experience of working directly with young people from the programme’s target groups. With previous experience in assessing vocational qualifications in similar settings, you should be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills and be IT literate including the use of Microsoft Office and have level 2 qualifications in both English and Maths.
