Luton Sixth Form College was the first sixth form college in the country when it was opened in 1966. As a specialist provider of 16-19 education, Luton Sixth Form College has a long standing reputation for quality and educational excellence. There is growing demand for places and the College is seen as the first choice within this exciting and diverse town. Our aim is to be outstanding in everything we do and we need individuals with the passion and commitment to share our motivation and help drive us forward.

Expected salary range from £105,000 to £114,999 – Commensurate with experience plus a generous relocation package and an attractive benefits package including 38 days annual leave + bank holidays. 

We are a successful and financially secure sixth form college with an annual budget in the region of £13 million with over 300 employees. Luton Sixth Form College is a specialist Sixth Form College, providing academic and general vocational education for 16 to 18 year olds in Luton.

Established in September 1966, we are the oldest Sixth Form College in the country and have an enviable reputation for quality and excellence. We are also one of the largest, with more than 2,800 students taking a vast array of A Level and BTEC courses.

Our mission is to provide an outstanding education for young people at the College, and to work with other local providers to ensure that there are opportunities for all young people in Luton to succeed and progress.

The College is located in a quiet residential area in the north of Luton, with easy access from the town centre, A505, A6 and M1. Our site was redeveloped between 2008 and 2010 and the original grammar school buildings were replaced by a £56m campus offering state-of-the-art facilities and modern resources for staff and students.
