We are seeking to appoint a leader who shares our values and will support and strengthen a culture of high standards and continuous improvement. This is a great opportunity to lead a successful organisation in its ambition to be even better.
In order to be considered for this role, you will already have significant experience as a Principal or senior leader, ideally within a sixth form college environment. You should also be able to demonstrate a track record of raising standards of student achievement, successful leadership of a large number of staff and building and maintaining significant partnerships with other organisations and educational institutions.

Leyton Sixth Form College is heavily committed to providing extra-curricular activities for its students. In particular, the college is known for its outstanding sports and drama facilities. The college maintains a number of formal partnerships with London universities, and has rigorous academic standards to best prepare students for life at university, should they choose to go. As part of this commitment, Leyton Sixth Form College also provides an annual higher education fair.
