The Education People is the newly formed service delivery arm for Kent County Council. The company is seeking to employ a highly skilled educational professional to work within their School Improvement (Secondary, Special and PRUs) and Skills and Employability Division. The role requires strategic management of the local authority priorities in relation to standards and participation and will require the post holder to have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence across the range of stakeholders. The Area lead will manage a team across the North and West of the county and be linked to the KAH Boards, acting as a strategic link between The Education People, Kent County Council, and Teaching Schools, in the development of a school to school led system.
