At Ark we believe that, with the right teaching, every child can achieve great things. Our academies give children from all backgrounds an exceptional education – and real choices about their future.

Ark Tindal is a two-form entry primary in Balsall Heath. The school is part of a close knit group of academies in Birmingham that offer great support and work collaboratively to deliver outstanding outcomes. Since joining the network in September 2012 Ark Tindal has really flourished – it is a good school that is constantly improving. With a strong momentum for progress and big ambitions for the future, Ark Tindal is poised to achieve great things.

We are now looking to appoint a dynamic and inspirational leader who shares our high expectations and who has exceptional drive, creativity and tenacity to lead the school on its journey to outstanding. A proven track record of raising standards in complex environments is crucial; your experience of successful community engagement will be a real asset too – as you act as influential advocate to further strengthen Ark Tindal’s profile in the community we are so proud to serve.

The journey ahead will be as challenging as the one which brought us here, but we have seen what we can achieve through our hard work. You’ll be supported every step of the way by an inspirational Regional Director of Primary and the wider Ark team, who will do whatever it takes to help Ark Tindal fulfil its ambition to become an exceptional school. We offer a highly competitive salary package, unrivalled professional development and the opportunity to contribute to development of our primary curriculum across the entire Ark network.
